Born and raised in Springfield, Beverly Stenger has lived and worked in the area all her life. She graduated from SMSU, now Missouri State University. Bev helped found the Springfield Regional Ballet and started many successful small businesses, before directing her efforts to selling real estate about 20 years ago.

In her first year in real estate, Bev’s sales exceeded $1,000,000. She has been a multimillion-dollar top producer at Carol Jones Realtors every year since then.

Many current clients are people she served years ago. There is no higher testament to the quality of service she offers than repeat business. 

 

When Holly Stenger began working full-time in real estate 10 years ago, she saw that a team approach would work best for her clients. She envisioned a group of women who each had a defined role and worked together under her leadership to provide top-quality service. That was the birth of The Stenger Group. Since its formation, The Stenger Group has been in the top five producers in sales at Carol Jones Realtors. In 2005, the group had $20,000,000 in sales.

Holly prides herself on prompt and reliable service, skills she developed from working in business as well as clinical psychology. She listens to what clients want, a trait not found in many real estate agents.
